Fine Brown Burghul

Bulgur / Burlgur / Burghul / Burgul is a cereal food made from the cracked parboiled wholegrains of several different wheat species, most often from durum wheat. 

It is a great source of various vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. Bulgur is also a good source of dietary fibre and protein, making it a nutritious and filling part of a balanced diet.
