Mazaher or Orange Blossom Water is commonly used in a variety of Mediterranean desserts such as Baklava, Knafeh and Maamoul, where a few drops give a distinctive flavour to the dish. Additionally, it is added in small amounts to plain water and coffee to impart a Mediterranean aroma.
