Sahlab is a beloved delicacy in Lebanon and the Middle East, served warm and typically complemented with cinnamon and nuts. Ingredients such as sugar, corn flour, guar gum, creamy vanilla, orange blossom flavour, mastic flavour and rose flavour enhance its delightful flavour.
Directions: In a saucepan, dissolve the contents of the pack in 4 cups (800ml) milk. Put on medium heat and stir constantly until boiling. Take off the heat and stir in 1 tsp of rose water and/or orange blossom water. Transfer to dessert bowls or glass mugs. Serve hot garnished with cinnamon and nuts.
